How to Design Flyer and Brochure

HOW TO DESIGN A FLYER , BROCHURE PRODUCTS CATALOG TRAINING COURSE BY SELF CREATIVITY TRAINING HUB

We advised students to keep their artworks slightly simple, but flyers understandably must contain more information than a simple headline. With our Graphic Design training course you can create a professional flyer and brochure (Even if You’re Not a Designer).

STEP 1: FLYER, BROCHURE & PRODUCTS CATALOG DESIGN TOOLS

We using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for layout and photo editing.

STEP 2: ORGANIZE AND PLAN YOUR CONTENT

The same basic rules need to follow here: less is more. If you design a flyer, brochure and Products Catalog that is primarily made up of large area of text, very few people are going to glance at it for more than a half of a second. They’ll only see that it looks like a lot of work to sort through and move on.

STEP 3: PICKING AND USING IMAGES

The Importance of Images in Flyerbrochure and Products Catalog Design. The somewhat overused phrase “a picture paints a thousand words” is often used in marketing to illustrate the need.

Many of designer know that clipart is pretty cheesy and often completely horrid, but don’t know of any other options. Fortunately, the web is a wonderland of free resources if you know where to look.

STEP 4: COMBINE THE IMAGES YOU USED

Once you’ve got your flyer design, brochure and Products Catalog document set up, toss in the two images from above, allowing them to take up your entire canvas. How to do all this? With Adobe Photoshop will make your job done easily.

STEP 5: ADD A HEADLINE

Every good flyer needs a headline, so let’s take care of this next. Remember that the headline doesn’t necessarily have to be at the top of the page. You can try to place ours near the bottom, left or right in your canvas until your eyes tell you this the Place!

STEP 6: FINISHING UP

With that, we’re all done! Our flyer says everything it needs to and is quite attractive to our audience. The page layout work here was really minimal and most of the aesthetics were provided by the third-party images.

STEP 7: NOTES ABOUT PRINTING

If you plan on designing and send to printing out, there’s a lot to keep in mind. First, your file layout may need to space for bleed and trim if you’re working with a commercial printing service, often no one will provided to make this easy. However, for these kinds of jobs you really should possess some sort of professional graphics software as the templates provided by the printer will likely be for IllustratorInDesign or Photoshop.
