To support this, I would like to think about how to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing by thinking from a customer perspective about the opportunities available for different types of business through the customer lifecycle. You can then “gap analyze” the use and effectiveness of life cycle communications you use to improve the relevance and responsiveness of your communications.
